ACLS Skills Session Course Description
Safeguard CPR’s ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Skills Session in Alpharetta is an advanced level course intended for healthcare professionals who require ACLS certification for their career or job requirements. This course builds on the knowledge and skills learned in the ACLS Provider course and focuses on the application of those skills in the clinical setting.
During the ACLS Skills Session, participants will engage in hands-on practice of essential skills, such as airway management, defibrillation, and medication administration. Participants will also run through various cardiac scenarios, learning how to work within a team and manage complex cases.
Throughout the course, participants will receive guidance and feedback from experienced ACLS instructors who are passionate about equipping healthcare professionals with the skills they need to provide quality care to patients in emergency situations. By the end of the course, participants will have a thorough understanding of the principles of ACLS and how to apply them in real-life situations.
The ACLS Skills Session at Safeguard CPR in Alpharetta is taught in a comfortable and supportive environment, and course materials are provided to participants in advance. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive their ACLS Provider certification, valid for two years.

Who Needs ACLS Provider Certification?
Safeguard CPR’s ACLS Provider classes are for healthcare providers who work in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies. These requirements are driven by state licensing board regulations and detail which particular healthcare agencies or individual healthcare license holders that are required to maintain ACLS Provider certification. This class can also be taken by medical professionals or students in a medical program who are interested in expanding their knowledge.

ACLS Provider Card
ACLS Skills Session is a credentialed course. Providers who successfully complete the ACLS course receive a course completion card valid for two years.
