Safeguard CPR’s ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Training and Exam is designed for foodservice professionals who are responsible for managing food safety in a commercial environment. This comprehensive course prepares participants to take and pass the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam, a nationally accredited certification recognized by health departments across the United States.

Led by certified instructors, this engaging training covers essential topics such as:

  • Foodborne illness prevention

  • Time and temperature control

  • Exam Format: The exam consists of 80 questions plus 10 pilot questions, requires approximately 2 hours to complete, and a passing score of 75%.
